Refund policy

We have a 20-day return/store credit policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. 

To be eligible for a return and credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; shrink wrap intact and in its original condition.  We cannot accept anything that has been opened or damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@wonderlandpalacemarket.com , to receive a return authorization number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:  470 Schooleys Mtn Rd, Ste. 355, Hackettstown, NJ  07840

Please Note:  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, nor credit issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Photos of the damaged package prior to opening and damaged contents are required to file a claim.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Beauty products cannot be returned but may be eligible for store credit.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be issued credit via a customer-specific code to be used toward a future purchase and will be issued within 10 business days of receipt.  Please remember that we will need a valid email address to process and issue the store credit to you.
